Horses in Detroit

Posted in Uncategorized on October 23, 2016 by treasuresofdetroit

It wasn’t long ago that the ‘lone horse’ of Highland Park was seen galloping down McNichols Road, he had apparently gotten loose and and ventured down the street, only to become the star of an instagram video, depicting him running around in the midst of an abandoned industrial zone.

But is this ‘lone horse’ really the only horse taking up refuge in Northwest Detroit?

Recent sightings of a man riding a horse while walking his dog near 8 Mile & Livernois seem to tell a different story.
